Role Overview:
Looking for an execution-driven Associate to manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, from planning to performance tracking, while ensuring smooth coordination and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan & execute monthly influencer campaigns (plan before 20th)
Scout, onboard & manage influencers
Ensure timely delivery of content (concepts, scripts, execution)
Achieve CPV with strong performance
Collaborate with Brand, Category, Marketplace & Website teams
Maintain tracking sheets (updated M/W/F) with high data accuracy
Manage influencer contracts & payments
Analyze campaign performance & track competitor activities
Conduct customer calls for insights
Explore new tools/resources for efficiency
Timely campaign planning & execution
Accurate reporting & sheet hygiene
Smooth cross-team collaboration
On-time payments & contracts
Actionable insights & customer feedback
