About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Lead – HR Operations & Employee Benefits to drive end-to-end HR operations and benefits management across ABFRL and its subsidiaries. This role will play a critical part in delivering seamless HR service delivery, driving HR transformation, and enhancing employee experience through automation, governance, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Service Delivery
Lead end-to-end HR service delivery across the employee lifecycle (hire to retire)
Drive standardization, simplification, and automation of HR processes
Ensure seamless operations and improved service quality across HO, ZO, and frontline employees
Implement employee-centric service models to deliver a consumer-grade experience
Employee Benefits & Policy Management
Oversee and manage the complete advantages portfolio (insurance, wellness, compensation support, etc.)
Design and implement competitive, market-aligned benefits programs
Drive policy design,



review, and effective communication across the organization
Support Annual Compensation Review (ACR) processes
HR Analytics & Governance
Develop dashboards, scorecards, and predictive analytics (headcount, attrition, etc.)
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across HR systems
Lead internal and external audits (ISO, system audits, etc.)
Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency
HRMS & Digital Transformation
Lead HRMS (Poornata/HRIS) implementation and enhancement initiatives
Partner with IT, Digital HR, and vendors to drive automation and system integration
Map and transform HR processes (As-Is to To-Be)
Lead UATs, track milestones, and ensure successful project delivery
Process Improvement & Automation
Identify gaps in current processes and implement scalable solutions
Drive digitalization initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort
Establish governance fram
