Tickle Right is looking for enthusiastic Parent Relationship Managers to join our team! In this role, you'll connect with parents who have already shown interest in our program, understand their needs, and guide them through their child's enrollment journey.
What Will You Be Doing?
Connect with Interested Parents
Reach out to parents who have already inquired about our program — no cold calling!
Understand & Counsel
Have meaningful conversations with parents and explain how our program can benefit their child.
Recommend the Right Batch
Understand the child's requirements and help parents choose the most suitable batch and schedule.
Follow Up Like a Pro
Stay connected with interested parents, answer their questions, and ensure no genuine lead slips through the cracks.
Be Their Go-To Person
Guide parents through the entire enrollment process and make their experience smooth,
informed, and positive.
What Are We Looking For?
1–5 years of experience in sales, counselling, parent relations, customer success, or a similar role.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Someone who is dedicated, proactive, productive, and highly motivated.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Graduate or Diploma holder.
Work Details
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Working Hours:. 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
