Qualification: Diploma / BE Mechanical Key Responsibilities: Supervise paint shop operations and surface preparation. Monitor paint quality, coating thickness, colour matching, and finish. Maintain production, rejection, and shift reports.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores teams. Ensure compliance with 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and safety standards. ✅ Skills Required: Knowledge of industrial painting processes and quality standards. MS Excel proficiency.
Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
