Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end support and architectural expertise for Packet Core solutions across 4G and 5G networks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across multi-vendor telecom environments.
- Lead customer support and product support activities
, ensuring high service availability and performance.
- Drive integration, onboarding, and deployment of Packet Core solutions in cloud environments.
- Analyze network issues using tools like
Wireshark and other diagnostic utilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless delivery and optimization of services.
- Ensure alignment with
3GPP standards and telecom best practices.
- Guide and mentor teams on advanced troubleshooting and architecture design.
