Role: Packet core Engineer Location: Noida, Chennai Roles & Responsibilities Monitor Packet Core network elements and services through OSS/NMS tools.

Perform real-time surveillance of LTE EPC and 5G Core alarms.

Execute initial fault isolation, impact assessment, and troubleshooting.

Acknowledge, analyze, and escalate critical alarms as per operational procedures.

Open and manage trouble tickets with internal teams and vendors.

Perform health checks and routine operational activities.

Follow incident, change, and problem management processes.

Prepare shift handover reports and operational summaries.

Coordinate with L2, Engineering, Transmission, IP, RAN, and Vendor teams during incidents.

Ensure SLA compliance and timely ticket resolution.

Support planned maintenance activities during maintenance windows.

Maintain operational documentation and SOPs.

Experience For L1 Engineer 0-3 years of Telecom NOC/Packet Core Operations experience. For Senior L1 Engineer 3-5 years of LTE EPC / 5G Core Operations experience.
