In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based software solutions. This includes managing the configuration, integration, and deployment processes to ensure seamless operation. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements.

Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive the evolution of the software offerings is a key aspect of daily activities, ensuring that the solutions remain robust and scalable in a dynamic environment. Roles & Responsibilities:

- 3–4 years of skilled software development experience.

Strong proficiency in Python.

Experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, EC2, S3, DynamoDB, AWS Bedrock, SQS,



SNS, SES, AWS Glue, Transcribe, Translate, Secrets Manager,Cloudwatch Logs, QBusiness, Quick Suite and Bedrock AgentCore.

Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Prompt Engineering.

Experience building RAG-based applications.

Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar AI Agent frameworks.

Experience with Hugging Face Transformers.

Knowledge of NLP fundamentals.

Experience developing REST APIs.

Working knowledge of SQL.

Experience using vector databases such as ChromaDB, FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate.

Proficiency with Git and GitHub. Professional & Technical Skills:

Infrastructure: Docker, GitHub, AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
