Knowledge. Must have relevant experience in working with Shared Service Centre/Manufacturing Concern.

- Valuable communication skill. Ability to drive/achieve results.
- Working knowledge of Direct & Indirect Taxation.
- Experience of handling team of 7-8 people. Preferred candidate profile - Relevant knowledge in Accounting/P2P & Shared Service Centre practical experience.
- Implement Accounts Payable tower objectives in line with business strategy
- Support development of TFS medium and short-term plans
- Implement/set procedures and work programs as well as execute agreed plans, programs and initiatives to improve tower performance and level of productivity, manage risk & ensure compliances.
- Monitor towers performance against pre-set KPIs and targets to ensure that progress is being made in the desirable direction and preventive/corrective actions are taken accordingly. Ensure on time payment performance of 98%.
