Role Description As the Owner at Grafen Innovations, the individual will provide strategic leadership, oversee daily operations, and guide the company’s growth in industrial automation for solar plants.

Responsibilities include defining business goals, managing key customer and partner relationships, and directing product development initiatives to meet market needs. The role involves supervising financial performance, ensuring regulatory and safety compliance, and leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality solutions. The Owner will also drive business development, represent the company at industry events, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

This is a full time, on-site role based in Thrissur.

Qualifications





- Experience in business leadership, including strategic planning, organizational management, and decision-making for technology-driven companies.
- Background in industrial automation, mechanical or electrical engineering, or related technical fields, preferably with exposure to solar or renewable energy systems.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and oversight of profit and loss performance.
- Demonstrated ability in business development, customer relationship management, and partnership building within industrial or energy sectors.
- Knowledge of operational best practices, safety standards, and regulatory requirements relevant to manufacturing and plant operations.
- Proven skills in team leadership, talent development, and fostering inclusive, high-performing work environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to represent the company externally.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on innovation and sustainable growth.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience in leading a business or division will be considered.
