Role Description The Outbound Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves identifying and contacting prospective customers, conducting outbound calls and email campaigns, and introducing Thola AI’s solutions to business leaders.

The representative will qualify leads, schedule product demonstrations, and collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to move opportunities through the pipeline. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, following up consistently with prospects, and providing feedback on customer needs and market insights.



The role also includes meeting or exceeding sales targets while representing Thola AI in a professional and consultative manner.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Outbound Sales skills, with experience in managing high-volume outreach and conversion.
- Candidates should possess effective Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualification, and pipeline development.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage decision-makers and build trusted relationship
- Candidates should ideally have 1–3 years of experience in B2B, software solutions is an advantage.
- Candidates should demonstrate a results-driven mindset, resilience in handling rejection, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in office in Chennai and collaborating cross-functionally with product and marketing teams.
