? Position Details

- ? Role: Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Senior Process Executive (SPE)
- ? Domain: OTC Brokerage Payable
- ⏳ Experience: 2 to 9 Years
- ? Location: Pune / Bengaluru (BLR)
- ?️ Notice Period: 0 – 90 Days

? Compensation & Budget

- ? SME: Up to ₹10.0 LPA
- ? SPE: Up to ₹6.5 LPA
- ? Offered Hike: Standard 30% – 40% on last drawn fixed CTC

? Mandatory Skills & Qualifications (Must Have)

✅ Hands-on experience in OTC Brokerage Reconciliation

✅ Proven expertise in Manual Brokerage Calculation

✅ Robust domain knowledge of OTC derivative products: FX, Options, IRS, CCS, Repos, FXO, PM, PMO

✅ Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel & Word

✅ Exceptional client communication and stakeholder management skills

? Key Responsibilities

- ? Daily Reconciliation:



Manage trade reconciliations and calculate brokerage accurately.
- ⚠️ Exception Management: Identify, escalate, and resolve discrepancies within agreed SLAs.
- ? Broker Relationship: Handle broker queries, settle outstanding balances, and drive zero-escalation targets.
- ? Reporting & Compliance: Maintain EOD checklists, generate accuracy reports, and participate in client review meetings.
- ? Process Improvement: Identify gaps, propose workflow enhancements, and assist team leads with ad-hoc reporting.
