About the Role :

OSI Digital is looking for a highly skilled senior Java Developer to design, create, and implement various Java-based solutions for the business. This role offers the opportunity to work in an advanced Java environment independently, with the ability to shape and influence the product offering from day one to deliver top-quality, error-free work on time.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC.
- Build and enhance secure, scalable RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Develop new features, resolve defects, and optimize existing applications to improve performance and reliability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following coding standards and best practices.
- Create and execute unit and integration tests to ensure application quality.
- Collaborate directly with global clients to understand business requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and work within Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile development methodologies.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions for critical business applications.




- Perform code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery efficiency.

Requirements :

- 6+ years of experience in Java application development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and JMS.
- Expertise in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Strong experience with Hibernate ORM, JPA, JPQL, and HQL.
- Solid knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git and build tools like Maven.
- Robust analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working directly with clients and independently managing technical deliverables.

Mandatory Requirements :

- Must be willing to work from the OSI office in Hyderabad.
- Must be able to leverage AI tools like Cursor.
- Must have experience working directly under clients.
