About the Role :

OSI Digital is looking for an Oracle EBS, OAF developer to work on Enhancement and ongoing production support projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with Oracle Functional Consultants and business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical design documents (MD70).
- Design, develop, customize, and unit test Oracle EBS technical solutions in accordance with functional specifications.
- Develop and maintain Oracle Application Framework (OAF) customizations and extensions.
- Build and support RICE components, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions.
- Provide timely production support by troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving application issues within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards and development best practices.




- Optimize application performance through SQL and PL/SQL tuning and technical enhancements.
- Develop and maintain Oracle Reports, XML Publisher reports, workflows, and interface programs.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on Oracle EBS development best practices.

Tech Stack &

Requirements :

- 6 - 8 yrs. of on-hand experience in Oracle EBS technical and OAF Design & development.
- Extensive technical and functional working experience in Oracle R12 EBS Financials, SCM, Manufacturing modules, and HCM.
- Technical proficiency in RICE, SQL/PLSQL, Oracle Workflows, XML Publisher reports, Unix Shell Scripting, OAF, and Java.
- Should be able to understand basic functional setups on regular Oracle EBS Application Finance, SCM and Manufacturing modules.
- Well versed with Performance Tuning, Web ADI, Interfaces and Conversions.
- Debugging and Testing Workflows, Reports and Data Analysis Skills.

Good To Have :

- Oracle Fusion Technical development experience.
