About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Order-to-Cash (O2C) Specialist / Analyst with hands-on experience managing end-to-end O2C operations for global clients/entities.

The ideal candidate should have experience across Order Management, Customer Billing & Invoicing, Credit Management, Cash Application, Collections, Dispute & Deduction Management, Customer Reconciliations, Reporting, and Process Improvement.

The role requires strong coordination across business and finance teams to ensure accurate and efficient execution of the complete Order-to-Cash lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle for global clients/entities.
- Process and validate customer orders in accordance with established policies and service level agreements.
- Coordinate with relevant business and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Generate and validate Customer Invoices, Credit Notes, and Debit Notes.
- Manage Cash Application activities and ensure accurate and timely allocation of customer receipts.
- Monitor customer accounts, AR Ageing, Collections, and Outstanding Receivables.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and support collection activities.
- Coordinate resolution of Billing Disputes, Deductions, Claims, Short Payments, and Unapplied Cash.
- Support Credit Management, including customer credit reviews and credit limit monitoring.
- Perform Customer Account Reconciliations and resolve outstanding items.
- Maintain accurate customer master data and related documentation.
- Support Month-End and Year-End O2C Closing Activities.
- Prepare O2C operational reports, KPI dashboards, ageing reports,



and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, Internal Controls, and established global O2C processes.
- Maintain appropriate documentation and provide necessary audit support.
- Identify opportunities for O2C Process Improvement and Automation.

Key Software: Hands-on experience with one or more of the following is preferred:

- SAP | Oracle | Salesforce
- Experience with other ERP, CRM, accounting, or Order-to-Cash platforms will also be considered.

Qualifications & Skills

- Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Chartered Accountants or candidates pursuing/progressing toward CA will be preferred.
- 38 years of experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C), Global O2C Operations, Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), Accounts Receivable, or Finance Operations.
- Experience supporting global finance operations or multinational clients preferred.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end O2C processes, customer lifecycle management, and financial operations.
- Robust analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
