- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices for environment setup and automation to improve deployment efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of platform capabilities with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills:

- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and environment provisioning techniques.
- Experience with automation tools and scripting for workplace deployment and configuration.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex platform issues and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Understanding of system performance optimization and scalability considerations.
