Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle OFSAA FCCM Technical Consultant with 810 years of expertise in Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA), specifically within the Financial Crime and Compliance Management (FCCM) suite. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in product customization, data management, ETL controls, technical metadata, and application development using Java, PL/SQL, and Python.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize Oracle OFSAA FCCM solutions based on business and regulatory requirements.
- Configure and enhance FCCM modules, including Enterprise Case Management (ECM), Customer Risk Rating (CRR), Know Your Customer (KYC), Suspicious Activity Report (SAR), Suspicious Transaction Report (STR), Oracle Data Integrator Data Integration Hub (ODI/DIH), Entity Resolution (ER), Compliance Studio, and Oracle Analytics Server (OAS).
- Design and implement data quality (DQ) frameworks and ETL validation controls.
- Develop data flow diagrams and support enterprise data integration initiatives.
- Review and validate Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM) documents to ensure data integrity and compliance.




- Work with technical metadata and maintain documentation for data integration processes.
- Develop and optimize database objects using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
- Build automation and integration components using Java and Python where required.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and compliance teams to deliver regulatory solutions.
- Troubleshoot application, data, and ETL issues while ensuring optimal system performance.
