Role Description
- 6–12 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
- Must have participated in 2–3 end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations .
- Strong hands-on experience in Core HR and the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle.
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, and go-live activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to Core HR, Fast Formula, HDL, and HCM Extracts .
- Excellent communication, analytical,
problem-solving, and client interaction skills.
Required Skills
- Robust expertise in Oracle Fast Formula development and debugging across HCM modules.
- Experience developing inbound integrations using HCM Data Loader (HDL) .
- Experience developing outbound integrations using HCM Extracts and BI Publisher (BIP) .
- Good understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud business processes, data flow, and data transformation techniques.

- Candidates with relevant Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience only.
