Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud implementations and business process consulting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in gathering business requirements, configuring Oracle ERP Cloud applications, and delivering end-to-end functional solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Configure Oracle ERP Cloud modules based on functional and business requirements.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend optimal Oracle ERP solutions.
- Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), solution design documents, and process flows.
- Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, reports, and data migration activities.
- Support end-to-end implementation, including configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT),



ensuring successful solution delivery.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Work closely with business users to improve processes and optimize Oracle ERP functionality.
- Ensure compliance with Oracle best practices and project standards.
- Provide user training, knowledge transfer, and documentation.

Required Skills :

- Strong functional expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud.
- Experience in Oracle ERP Cloud implementation, configuration, and support.
- Knowledge of business process mapping and solution design.
- Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
- Understanding of Oracle integrations, reporting, and data migration.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a quick-paced environment.
