The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of field technician operations, coupled with the ability to balance technical and functional responsibilities.

This role involves a blend of 20% technical tasks and 80% functional analysis, requiring a detail-oriented, organized, and analytical skilled.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse business requirements related to Oracle Field Service Cloud.
- Provide functional expertise in Oracle Field Service Cloud, ensuring effective integration with other business processes.
- Configure, test, and implement solutions within the Oracle Field Service Cloud module to meet business needs.




- Assist with technical tasks, including data analysis, report generation, and basic system configurations.
- Liaise with field technicians to understand operational challenges and translate them into system improvements.
- Develop and maintain documentation for business processes, configurations, and user guides.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization within Oracle EBS.

Must-Have Skills

- 4+ years of experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud.
- Strong understanding of field technician operations and requirements.
