Role : Oracle DBA L3 - Database Administrator - 6+ years - Navi Mumbai

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Oracle DBA to manage, optimize, and secure enterprise-scale Oracle database environments.

In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the high availability, robustness, and performance of critical database architectures. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in multi-node RAC configurations, complex backup/recovery strategies, and strict adherence to industry-standard data security guidelines.

Responsibilities :

- Execute end-to-end Oracle RAC installations and manage multi-node (2-Node or 3-Node) cluster architectures.
- Plan and perform database patching, upgrades, and routine maintenance tasks to ensure workplace stability.
- Design and execute advanced backup, restoration, and recovery scenarios. Actively participate in periodic DR drill activities.




- Maintain and apply a strong understanding of Oracle GoldenGate (GG) architecture for seamless data replication.
- Implement and monitor strict security points and configurations as per banking advisory guidelines to safeguard sensitive data.

Requirements :

- 6+ years of solid, hands-on Core Oracle DBA experience.
- Proven technical expertise with Oracle Database Version 19c.
- Must possess verifiable experience in Oracle RAC Architecture and Installation processes.
- Deep understanding of 2-Node and 3-Node high-availability setups.
