We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Testing Technical Lead to
lead end-to-end Quality Assurance activities across multiple projects. The ideal
candidate will possess robust expertise in Manual Testing, Test Automation, API
Testing, and Performance Testing, along with proven leadership experience in
managing QA teams, defining quality strategies, and driving continuous process
improvements.

The role requires close collaboration with Product Managers, Developers,
Architects, DevOps Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to ensure the delivery
of high-quality, scalable, and reliable software solutions.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA Engineers across multiple projects.
Define and implement enterprise QA strategies, standards, and best practices.
Drive quality initiatives throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Estimate testing efforts, allocate resources, and manage project timelines.
Review test plans, test cases, automation scripts, and test reports.
