About Us:
Expo Point is a Delhi NCR-based exhibition stall design and fabrication company, offering custom stall design, 3D visualisation, fabrication, and pan-India installation services. We are expanding our team and looking for a driven individual to join us as a Business Development Executive (Telecaller).

Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated telecaller with prior exposure to the exhibition industry to help generate leads, connect with prospective exhibitors, and support our business development efforts through calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients/exhibitors
Reach out to prospects via email and LinkedIn
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups




Manage and update data in Excel for tracking and reporting
Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into opportunities
Build and maintain strong communication with prospective clients
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in the Exhibition Industry
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
Basic knowledge of Excel and data management
Prior experience working with a CRM will be considered a strong advantage
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace
