About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive new business acquisition. The ideal candidate should have a solid network and proven experience in acquiring clients for Customer Service, Sales, and Back Office/Backend Support processes on both FTE-based and CAC/Outcome-based commercial models.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and acquire new clients for Customer Service, Sales, and Backend Support outsourcing projects.
Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, industry events, and strategic prospecting.
Drive end-to-end sales, from lead generation and client meetings to proposal submission, commercial negotiations, and deal closure.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to consistently achieve revenue targets.
Develop customized outsourcing solutions based on client requirements.
Negotiate commercial terms for both FTE-based and CAC/Performance-based engagement models.




Coordinate with Operations, Solutioning, HR, and Finance teams to ensure smooth project transition and client onboarding.
Build long-term relationships with enterprise clients and identify opportunities for account growth.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Required Qualifications
5–7 years of proven experience in Business Development within the BPO, Contact Center, CX, or Business Process Outsourcing industry.
Demonstrated success in acquiring enterprise clients for Customer Support, Sales, and Back Office processes.
Strong understanding of outsourcing commercial models, including FTE and CAC/Performance-based engagements.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Strong network within industries such as E-commerce, FinTech, Quick Commerce, Telecom, BFSI, Logistics, Healthcare, or other outsourcing-intensive sectors.
