Job Role:
The data privacy office is continuously engaged in governing and operationalizing privacy programs for privacy regulations, laws, frameworks as well as various risk and compliance activities. The data privacy office has ongoing global, regional and industry-specific programs such as:
the EU, UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR),
the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA),
the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF),
the IAB US Privacy framework.
Responsibilities:
Operationalize Media.net’s Record of Processing Activities (RoPA) using our in-house software.
Respond to privacy complaints as well as data subject requests.
