Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-ownership Sales Manager - International Markets to drive revenue growth across international markets with special focus on Europe.

This is a conversion-focused role. You will primarily work on qualified inbound opportunities, MQLs, SQLs, and SDR-generated meetings, while also building your own pipeline through proactive outreach on LinkedIn, email, referrals, and other 1:1 channels.

This role is suited for someone who enjoys engaging with international clients, running discovery conversations, converting warm opportunities, building relationships, and owning deals end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Conversion & Revenue Ownership:
- Own and manage assigned inbound leads, MQLs, SQLs, and SDR-qualified opportunities.
- Conduct discovery calls and understand client hiring, payroll, and global workforce requirements.
- Present relevant PamGro solutions aligned to client needs.
- Drive opportunities from first meeting to commercial closure.
- Maintain strong follow-up discipline and deal momentum across the sales cycle.




- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

2. Outbound & Personal Pipeline Generation:
- Build and maintain a personal pipeline through outbound outreach.
- Connect with decision-makers through LinkedIn, email, networking, and referrals.
- Generate meetings independently in addition to SDR-supported opportunities.
- Develop account-based outreach approaches for target companies and industries.

3. Client Engagement:
- Build solid relationships with HR, Talent, Finance, Operations, and Founders/CXOs.
- Act as a trusted advisor during the buying process.
- Coordinate internally with operations, onboarding, and delivery teams for solution alignment.

4. CRM & Sales Discipline:
- Maintain accurate pipeline updates and activity tracking in CRM.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, meeting notes, and opportunity tracking.
