Carnelian is hiring for Associates - Sales & Business Development in Bangalore. We are looking for bright and talented professionals who have graduated with their Bachelor's degree in 2026, in B.Com, B.Com (Hons), BBA or BMS.

Candidate Essentials:
Strong communication skills of written and spoken English. Expertise in 1 additional local language would be an advantage
Must be market savvy and having a good grip of equities, stock market, macro.
Should have a keen inclination towards sales and relationship management
Solid academic track record. Any additional CFA Levels, NISM certification on PMS/AIF/MF is a plus

Workplace essentials:
Location will be Delhi with office located at Novel Office Central, Diagonally Opp, to One MG Mall, Ulsoor Road, Off Road, Bangalore - 560042, Karnataka
This is a Sales & BD role, hence local travel to client and partner locations to conduct business meetings etc will be a must.
5 days’ work from office / client locations – No Hybrid
