About the Role
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and execution-focused Senior Manager – Product to join our founding team and build India's next-generation SEBI-regulated stock broking platform from the ground up.
This is a 0-to-1 product leadership role where you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from defining the brokerage platform and customer journey to working closely with technology, operations, compliance, and external partners to deliver a world-class investing experience.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building products for a SEBI-registered stock broker and possesses deep expertise in OMS, RMS, exchange connectivity, trading workflows, customer onboarding, and post-trade operations.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Define and execute the product roadmap for the brokerage platform across web and mobile.
Build scalable products for equity delivery, intraday, F&O;, IPOs, and future investment products.
Partner with founders to shape the long-term product vision and customer experience.
Trading Platform
Own the product strategy and implementation for:
Order Management System (OMS)
Risk Management System (RMS)
Order lifecycle and execution flows
Exchange connectivity (NSE/BSE)
Margin and collateral management
Position and holdings management
Portfolio and P&L;
Corporate actions
Settlement and post-trade workflows
Customer Journey
Design seamless customer experiences across:
Digital onboarding and e-KYC
Account opening
Fund transfers
Trading and investing
Watchlists and market data
Portfolio tracking
Reports and tax statements
Customer support journeys
Product Delivery
Work closely with Engineering, Design, QA, Compliance, and Operations to deliver high-quality products.
Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
Prioritize product backlog and manage sprint planning.
Drive UAT, production readiness, and feature launches.
