Our requirement is for a hands-on Technical Architect who will act as a horizontal layer across projects providing technical guidance, design reviews, and mentoring to engineering teams. This requires solid, current, hands-on architecture and implementation expertise which was not demonstrated.
15+ years of overall experience including 10+ years of project management experience with demonstrated success and financial results
Proven ability to manage delivery from end to end
10+ years in a presales / solutioning / consulting role with demonstrated track record of shaping and winning deals involving GenAI and Agentic AI – ideally in BPM, GCC,
or technology services environments.
Hands-on experience leading the solution workstream on complex pursuits (RFPs / RFIs / proactive pitches) featuring agentic or GenAI components, including business case construction, oral defenses, and outcome-based commercial constructs.
Experience presenting agentic AI propositions to CXO-level audiences and building reusable solutioning assets (reference architectures, demos, ROI calculators, vertical playbooks) that scaled across the pipeline.
Ability to travel as required domestically and / or internationally
