A highly experienced and results-oriented Senior Consultant specializing in Onboarding and Recruitment to join Dangote SAP Delivery Center in India. This pivotal role will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of best-in-class talent acquisition and new hire onboarding processes for our clients. The ideal candidate will combine deep functional expertise in recruitment and onboarding methodologies with hands-on experience configuring and leveraging leading HR technology platforms (SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting/Onboarding, Workday Recruiting/Onboarding). You'll guide clients through complex transformations, ensuring seamless candidate and recent hire experiences, and aligning these critical processes with broader HR and business strategies.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Needs Analysis:
Lead discovery sessions and workshops with HR and business stakeholders to thoroughly understand current recruitment and onboarding processes, pain points, and future state requirements.




Conduct detailed business process analysis, identify gaps, and propose optimal solutions leveraging industry best practices and system capabilities.
Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable functional and technical specifications for system configuration and process design.
Solution Design & Configuration (Platform Agnostic, with specific tool expertise):
Design, configure, and implement comprehensive solutions for the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
Recruiting: Job requisition creation, candidate sourcing strategies, applicant tracking (ATS), interview management, offer management, talent pooling, and reporting.
Onboarding: New hire data collection, document management (e.g., I-9, tax forms), task management (pre-day one, day one, post-hire), cross-functional integration (IT, Payroll, Facilities), and new hire portal/experience.
