Role Overview

The Marketing Designer within the Product Marketing team is responsible for creating visually compelling assets that support CleanStart’s brand, products, and go-to-market initiatives. This role combines graphic design, information design, and visual storytelling to develop marketing collateral that drives awareness, engagement, sales enablement, and product understanding.

The ideal candidate can transform complex technical concepts into transparent, professional, and visually engaging content across digital, web, social, event, and sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

Design marketing assets including banners, social media creatives, infographics, advertisements, email graphics, and website visuals.
Create sales and product marketing collateral such as solution briefs, whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, one-pagers, datasheets, and competitive battlecards.
Develop executive-ready PowerPoint presentations for product launches, customer meetings, webinars, analyst briefings, partner engagements, industry events, and leadership communications.




Collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, Product Management, Sales, and Leadership teams to translate messaging into compelling visual assets.
Transform complex technical concepts, product capabilities, workflows, architectures, and market insights into clear visual representations, diagrams, and infographics.
Design event and campaign materials including booth graphics, signage, brochures, digital ads, and promotional assets.
Support go-to-market initiatives with creative assets for product launches, solution campaigns, thought leadership programs, and demand generation activities.
Maintain consistency across all assets by adhering to CleanStart’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
Build and maintain a library of reusable design templates, presentation frameworks, icons, illustrations, and brand assets.
Support website and digital marketing initiatives with graphics optimized for engagement and conversion.
