About The Affiliated Organization

Institute of Advanced Counselling Centre (IACC India) was founded in 2011 to empower individuals and strengthen communities by addressing challenges in education, employability, mental well-being, livelihoods, and sustainable development. The organization was established with the belief that every individual deserves access to quality education, skills, opportunities, and support to achieve their full potential. IACC India serves students, youth, women, coastal communities, job seekers, schools, and vulnerable populations across Kerala and other parts of India. Special emphasis is placed on empowering underserved communities through inclusive and community-based development initiatives. The organization delivers career guidance and counselling, skill development, entrepreneurship promotion, women empowerment, healthcare and mental well-being programmes, fisheries and coastal development, digital literacy, environmental sustainability,



and circular economy initiatives. Working in partnership with government agencies, educational institutions, CSR partners, and local communities, IACC India designs and implements practical, sustainable solutions that create measurable social impact. Our work is key because it equips people with the knowledge, skills, confidence, and opportunities needed to improve their quality of life while building stronger, more resilient, and sustainable communities. Over the past 14+ years, IACC India has positively impacted 25,000+ students, 19,000+ youth, and 8,500+ women, contributing to inclusive and sustainable development across multiple sectors.
