About The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who can operate independently and partner closely with executives, senior managers, and hiring leaders. This high-ownership role will drive critical hiring, strengthen recruitment processes, enhance candidate experience, and build sustainable talent pipelines. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted talent partner,



bringing strong market insights, anticipating hiring challenges, and taking end-to-end ownership of talent acquisition.

What You’ll Do:
Own end-to-end hiring for GTM and Tech roles across India, from intake and sourcing through offer closure.
Partner with executives, senior leaders, and hiring managers to understand business priorities and build effective hiring strategies.
Act as a trusted TA advisor, providing insights on talent availability, market trends, compensation, and hiring risks.
Build strong pipelines through direct sourcing, talent mapping, referrals, job portals, and recruitment partners.
Manage senior, niche, and business-critical hiring with a robust focus on quality, speed, and candidate experience.
Drive and contribute to ATS implementation, recruitment automation to improve efficiency and scalability.
