Job Opportunity for Head- Civil at Kalpataru Projects International ltd in the Oil and Gas division.

Experience
20 + years’ experience in Oil & Gas/ Infrastructure industry. (is a must)

Job location: Mumbai -Santacruz and will be require to travel at site.

Summary:
Area of Responsibilities: -
Understand customer’s expectations & requirement and percolate to subordinates
Conduct trade and functional training programs for subordinates.
Engaging and managing site personnel as team leader.
Ensure adherence to standards established by the company
Conceptual Planning of the Project
Planning and Estimation of Site Infrastructure
Resource Mobilization & its monitoring for effective usage
Overall administration of the Project.
Timely submission of monthly bills, labour bills,



purchase bills & responsible for preparation and certification of Final Bills and reconciliation of material.
Responsible to minimize wastage of Construction Material.
Liaison with Client / Consultants.
Timely completion of project within the time frame and maintaining quality of Work at all stages as per specifications.
Preparation of budget, cash-flow and monitoring the expenses
Monitoring civil works of all projects
