Content Lead — Job Description

Reports to: CREW Marketing Lead

Location: (Mumbai / Bangalore)

CREW is India's personal travel concierge — we guard your wallet and elevate your trip. This role owns CREW's Instagram as a travel discovery platform in its own right: the "cool friend" who guides you, not just the app that books your hotel.

What You'll Work On

Strategy & planning

Own the monthly content cycle end-to-end: understand priorities from CREW's marketing team, come back with a content strategy for the month, then run execution once it's signed off
Make sure the two content pillars — travel discovery/lifestyle content and listicle carousels — stay in step with the broader brand marketing calendar (campaigns, offers, launches), not run as a disconnected feed
Build a content strategy for Instagram and Stories, and keep it always-on

Content production

Plan and coordinate shoots for Pillar 1 (hotel walkthroughs, staycation diaries, things-to-do content) — shot and paced like a travel creator's own feed, not a brand's
Source, brief,



and manage a pan-India network of freelance videographers and content creators for city-specific shoots
Work directly with a freelance designer on the listicle carousel design system (5 restaurants / 5 hotels / 5 things to do, etc.)
Manage a team of freelancers(designer, editor, videographers, etc) on standby for overflow
Create story content that's interactive and on-brand — polls, behind-the-scenes, price comparisons, reshared UGC

Page management & community

Own page hygiene: bio, name field, keyword/discoverability, highlights, following — the basics that make the page findable and credible
Overlook - DMs and comments in a timely, on-brand voice; escalate real service issues to CX
Identify and pursue collaborations with relevant creators and influencers to extend reach

Performance

Track performance using analytics tools — reach, saves, engagement rate, follower growth, DMs generated
