Job Title: Social Media Strategist

About Us:
ICFM – Institute of Career in Financial Market (a unit of Career Pro Ventures Ltd., established in 2010) is a leading stock market training institute offering practical education in trading, investing, and financial markets. We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Strategist to build our online presence and drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Plan and manage monthly content calendars aligned with business objectives.
Create strategies for organic growth, audience engagement, and lead generation.
Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content creators to develop high-performing content.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to identify growth opportunities.
Plan and optimize social media campaigns, including paid promotions and remarketing strategies.




Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Build and maintain the brand voice across all social media channels.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
1– 4 years of experience in Social Media Strategy and Digital Marketing.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content marketing, and audience growth strategies.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn marketing, and social media analytics tools.
Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
Valuable knowledge of the Stock Market, Trading, and Financial Markets is mandatory.
Experience in the Education, EdTech, Financial Services, or Stock Market industry will be preferred.

Working Day & Timings: Mon - Sat , 10AM - 7PM
