Job Description/Responsibilities

Inspect quality parameters of raw materials and maintain records in compliance with EHS guidelines and raw material protected storage practices.
Perform routine quality testing of raw materials.
Maintain proper documentation of test results, Certificates of Analysis (COAs), and laboratory records.
Calibrate all QA laboratory equipment and handle customer complaints effectively.
Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, safety, and quality standards.
Coordinate with Production and R&D; teams for quality improvement activities.
Identify non-conforming products and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Support internal and external audits and meet customer quality requirements.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION – M.SC Chemistry/B.E. Chemical Eng.

MINIMUM YEARS OF EXP - Minimum 1 - 3 years of relevant experience

Nature Of Experience-





Experience in reputed Adhesives, Sealants, or Chemical manufacturing industries.
Experience in handling and troubleshooting laboratory equipment such as pH Meter, Dynamic Viscometer, Kinematic Viscometer, UTM, Hardness Tester, and Thermal Analysis instruments.
Familiarity with laboratory equipment and analytical instruments.
Understanding of ISO documentation and quality management systems.
