About the Role
Earthen Textures (Bengaluru) Private Limited is seeking an experienced and well-connected Marketing Manager to develop the company’s architectural and project business in Bengaluru and Karnataka.
The Marketing Manager will work with architects, interior designers, consultants, developers, builders, contractors, and project-management companies to promote Earthen Textures’ premium decorative wall finishes.
The role involves positioning our seamless, natural-looking architectural coatings as attractive and practical alternatives to conventional paint, exposed concrete, stone, tiles, and cladding materials.
The selected candidate will be responsible for brand development, architect engagement, product specification, lead generation, sample coordination, project follow-up, and supporting the conversion of opportunities into confirmed business.




Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect and Designer Engagement
Develop strong relationships with architects, interior designers, façade consultants, design studios, and specification teams.
Conduct regular meetings, product presentations, technical discussions, and finish demonstrations.
Understand the designer’s vision and recommend suitable textures, colours, patterns, and coating systems.
Position Earthen Textures products as alternatives to conventional paint, stone, tiles, concrete, and cladding.
Work towards getting Earthen Textures products included in project specifications, BOQs, tenders, material schedules, and approved-make lists.
Follow projects from the initial design stage through sampling, approval, quotation, order confirmation, and execution.
