Job Purpose:The Package Incharge - O&M; (HVAC, VAM, Chiller) oversees HVAC operations, develops maintenance plans, manages resources, ensures safety and compliance, collaborates with stakeholders, and drives HVAC system optimization for optimal indoor environment and energy efficiency.
Responsibilities
Oversee Upstream and Downstream HVAC Operations:
Manage the performance of upstream systems (e.g., cooling towers, chillers) and downstream systems (e.g., air handlers, ductwork) to ensure productive and reliable HVAC operations.
Oversee HVAC Operations
Manage HVAC systems, ensuring optimal temperature, humidity, and air quality. Handle daily operations, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
Develop Maintenance Plans
Create and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. Use monitoring systems to predict and address equipment issues.
Manage Resources
Allocate manpower and materials effectively. Develop and oversee the HVAC maintenance budget to ensure cost-efficiency.
Safety And Compliance
Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety, industry, and environmental regulations.
