We are seeking a strategic Business Process Improvement & Automation Consultant who acts as the bridge between business leaders and AI/Automation delivery teams. This role is responsible for identifying, analyzing, documenting, redesigning, and communicating process improvement opportunities while building business cases and transformation roadmaps. The consultant will work closely with executives, process owners, operations teams, and AI/Automation engineers to drive measurable business outcomes through process redesign, automation, and digital transformation

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Information Systems, or related discipline.
10-12+ years of total experience. 5+ years of experience in Business Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, Transformation, or Consulting roles.
Strong expertise in Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification.
Experience working with AI, RPA, Power Automate, Power Platform, UiPath,



Automation Anywhere, or intelligent automation programs.
Experience facilitating workshops, process discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and value-stream mapping exercises.
Ability to document current-state and future-state processes, business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
Solid executive communication, presentation, and change management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Boomi, ERP, CRM, and enterprise platforms.
Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, process mining, and analytics tools.
Exposure to cloud transformation, managed services, and IT modernization initiatives.
