Salesforce is our main CRM platform, and we are looking for a motivated Application Manager to help us keep it running smoothly and support our teams in their day-to-day work.
About the Role
We are looking for an Application Manager – Salesforce to join our team. In this role, you will support and maintain Exasol’s Salesforce environment, which is the central CRM system used by our commercial and support teams.




You will act as a first point of contact for Salesforce-related questions, requests, and issues from stakeholders across different departments. You will work closely with international teams, especially colleagues and stakeholders based in Germany, to gather and analyse requirements, resolve 1rst and 2nd level tickets, support users and projects, and help improve our CRM processes.
This role is a great opportunity for someone with Salesforce experience who enjoys problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and working in an international workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Support the daily operation of Exasol’s Salesforce environment as our main CRM platform.
Respond to Salesforce-related questions, requests, and issues from stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and other business teams.
Manage, track, and update support tickets in Jira, ensuring timely and clear communication with stakeh
