Hiring: SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) Consultant – SuccessFactors Integration

We are looking for an experienced SAP CPI Consultant with 7–10 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) solutions, with solid expertise in SAP SuccessFactors integrations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable integration solutions using SAP Integration Suite and SuccessFactors APIs.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement SAP CPI integration solutions for SAP SuccessFactors.
Develop and support integrations across SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Performance Management, and Learning Management.
Build and maintain interfaces using Compound Employee API (SFAPI), OData APIs, SOAP, REST, and SuccessFactors adapters.
Handle Employee Central multiple employment scenarios including Global Assignment, Transfer, and Concurrent Employment.
Develop inbound and outbound SuccessFactors interfaces.
Configure and manage SAP BTP Cockpit and CPI tenant setup.




Build custom integration flows using Groovy scripting, XSLT, Message Mapping, and Java scripting.
Configure adapters including HTTP, SOAP, SFTP, FTP, JMS, Mail, and OData.
Implement authentication using certificates, keys, and security best practices.
Perform XML, JSON, CSV, and EDI data transformations.
Configure pre-packaged SAP CPI integration content and manage security configurations.
Implement PGP encryption and decryption for secure data transmission.
Troubleshoot complex integration issues and optimize interface performance.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills
7+ years of SAP CPI development experience.
Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations.
Hands-on experience with Compound Employee API (SFAPI) and SuccessFactors OData APIs.
Expertise in SAP BTP Cockpit and Integration Suite.
Experience with SOAP, REST, OData, HTTP, SFTP, FTP,
