Role Overview
We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Java and Selenium to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and implementing automation frameworks while ensuring the delivery of high-quality enterprise applications.
Candidates with prior experience in Order Management Systems (OMS) or the retail and supply chain domain will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Java and Selenium
Develop automated test scripts for UI, API, and end-to-end business workflows
Execute functional, regression, integration, and system testing
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure product quality
Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution
Participate in test planning, test design, and test execution activities
Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines
Continuously improve automation coverage, test efficiency, and QA best practices
Required Skills & Experience
4-9 years of experience in QA Automation Testing
Robust hands-on experience with Java and Selenium
Experience automating web applications and REST APIs
Solid understanding of automation frameworks, testing methodologies, and software quality practices
Experience with Git and CI/CD tools
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with Order Management Systems (OMS) or retail/e-commerce applications
Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments
Exposure to API testing tools and test auto
