Educational qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement).
•

Work experience

· 6-8 years of experience in data protection or data loss prevention (DLP).

· Demonstrated experience in three or more of the following domains:

·Data discovery
·Data classification
·Data tagging
·Data leakage/content monitoring & filtering (DLP)
·Secure messaging/email encryption
·Mobile device security
·Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
·Data Rights Management (DRM)
·Secure information storage
·CDMC framework

· Experience with DLP, Data Discovery, and Classification vendors such as:

·Microsoft AIP/MIP
·Zscaler
·Netskope
·BigID
·Dataguise
·OneTrust
·Privaci.ai
·Informatica EDC





· Familiarity with Insider Threat and User Behavior Analytics (UBA).

· Understanding of regulatory & compliance frameworks including:
PCI DSS, GLBA, Basel II, EU Data Protection Directive, International
Cross-Border requirements, U.S. State Data Privacy Laws.

· Experience leading client discussions and supporting engagement delivery.

· Experience supporting team coaching, financial tracking, and client
interaction management.

· Ability and willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced, results-driven
workplace.
