We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced DevOps & Toolchain Manager to
lead a team of six engineers in an agile (Scrum) environment. This role involves
managing the infrastructure and toolchain supporting embedded software
development, with a strong focus on communication, cybersecurity, and innovation
through AI integration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
TEAM LEADERSHIP & AGILE MANAGEMENT
* Functional management of a 6-person team using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Sprint planning and task tracking using JIRA.
* Mentoring and supporting team members in their technical and professional
growth.
STAKEHOLDER COMMUNICATION
* Act as the main point of contact for external stakeholders including IT
Group, Cybersecurity teams, embedded software project teams, and top
management.
* Provide clear and structured updates, reports, and presentations.
TOOLCHAIN & INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT
* Oversee the installation and maintenance of embedded software development
tools (e.g., Polarion, GitLab, Jenkins, Coverity, JFrog) on Azure-hosted
RedHat Linux and Windows VMs.
* Manage SaaS applications such as JIRA and Confluence.
* Coordinate with external vendors developing complementary web applications.
CYBERSECURITY & COMPLIANCE
* Collaborate with the Cybersecurity team to identify and remediate
infrastructure vulnerabilities.
* Plan and implement product cybersecurity tools within the toolchain.
INNOVATION & AI INTEGRATION
* Lead the planning, experimentation, and deployment of AI solutions within the
toolchain to enhance productivity and automation.
ASSET & LICENSE MANAGEMENT
* Manage software licenses and maintenance contracts, including renewals and
compliance tracking.
CI/CD & PROJECT ONBOARDING
* Create and configure projects across all tools in the infrastructure.
