PSB is hiring a Social Media, Content & Video Executive to own the academy's day-to-day presence across Instagram and other digital channels, end to end.
This is a content-first role: you will be the person behind the camera and the edit, not just the person scheduling posts. You will turn what happens on court, coaching moments, student progress, tournament wins, parent stories, into filmed, edited content that builds PSB's reputation with parents and schools across every city PSB operates in.

This is a hands-on,



single-owner role covering strategy, filming, editing and publishing: you will plan the content calendar, shoot and edit video yourself, write captions, manage the community, and report on what is working.
Freelance support (advanced editing, design) can be brought in for specific projects, but the day-to-day content and video output sits with you.

What you'll do:
• Plan and run PSB's monthly content calendar across Reels, carousels, static posts and Stories, in line with PSB's content pillars (coaching excellence, student progress, parent voices, technique tips, city spotlights, tournaments, school partnerships, and community content).
• Film video in office at PSB centres, coaching drills, matches, student interviews, day-in-the-life sequences, working directly with coaches and students to capture real training moments, not staged content.
• Edit all video in-house: cuts, pacing, on-screen
