We are looking for an experienced Business Development & Operations Manager to lead the growth and operations of our Domestic Staffing business. This is a strategic leadership role that combines business development, client relationship management, operational excellence, and team leadership to accelerate our expansion across Permanent and Contract Staffing.
What You'll Do
Business Development & Sales
Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across the Domestic IT Staffing market.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
Build long-term relationships with CXOs, HR Leaders, Talent Acquisition Heads, and key decision-makers.
Promote and sell Permanent Staffing, Contract Staffing, RPO,



and other workforce solutions.
Generate qualified sales pipeline through networking, referrals, market intelligence, and strategic prospecting.
Prepare compelling proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close new business opportunities.
Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities.
Client Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients.
Understand client hiring needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
Partner with Delivery, HR, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure exceptional service and client satisfaction.
Operations & Team Leadership
Oversee end-to-end staffing operations, including delivery, onboarding, compliance, and performance.
Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics to ensure quality and efficiency.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruitment team.
