Performance Marketer

About the Role
We're looking for a Performance Marketer who can own paid acquisition end to end. From strategy to execution to reporting. You'll run campaigns across multiple channels, manage budgets that directly impact revenue, and know exactly which numbers matter and why.
This isn't a role for someone who just "runs ads." We need someone who understands the full funnel, can read data without hand-holding, and pushes campaigns to get better every week.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
Own budget allocation and pacing across channels to hit CAC and ROAS targets
Build and maintain dashboards to track spend, conversions, and ROI in real time
Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies
Work closely with design and content teams to brief and improve ad creatives
Set up and manage tracking- pixels, UTM structures, conversion events,



server-side tracking
Analyze funnel performance and identify where budget is being wasted or underused
Report daily/weekly/monthly on campaign performance with clear takeaways, not just numbers
Stay on top of platform updates, auction changes, and new ad formats
Collaborate with sales/CRM teams to track lead quality and downstream conversion, not just top-of-funnel metrics
What We're Looking For
3–8 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns
Proven track record of hitting or beating CAC/ROAS targets with real numbers to show for it
Solid grip on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and at least one more platform (LinkedIn,SnapChat, Twitter/X)
Comfortable working with budgets and forecasting spend against revenue goals
Someone who can explain a performance drop in one sentence, not a 10-slide deck
In-depth understanding of customer behavior-how users move through the funnel, what drives drop-off,
