About the Role
We’re looking for a design-first Digital/Marketing Designer who can create visually compelling assets and seamless web experiences.
This role is heavily focused on design, visual storytelling, and Webflow, with content playing a supporting role. You will be instrumental in shaping how our brand looks and communicates across digital platforms.

What You’ll Do

Design & Visual Storytelling (Primary Focus)
Create high-quality marketing assets: social media creatives, pitch decks, brochures, and infographics




Design visually engaging narratives that simplify complex AI and tech concepts
Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs
Translate briefs into clean, up-to-date, and high-impact designs

Webflow & Website Management (Core Responsibility)
Build, update, and manage web pages and landing pages using Webflow
Ensure responsive design, usability, and UI consistency
Collaborate on campaign launches, product pages, and employer branding pages
Optimize pages for basic SEO and performance

Content (Supporting Role)
Create short-form content for creatives (social copy, ad copy, website sections)
Support lightweight content needs for campaigns and internal communication
Ensure content aligns with and enhances visual storytelling
Must-Have Skills
2–4 years of experience in a design-focused role (marketing/creative/design teams)
Strong proficiency in Figma, Canva, and/or Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrat
