About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales and Business development manager(L0)- Lead generator to join our growing sales team. This is a foundational role in our sales pipeline - you will be the first point of contact in our outreach process, responsible for identifying, researching, and qualifying prospects that fuel our business development engine.

Job description:
Research and identify potential prospects and target companies using LinkedIn, Apollo.io, and other lead generation tools
Validate leads and ensure accuracy of contact details before passing to the sales team
Maintain and continuously update an organised master database of qualified prospects in Excel/CRM
Ensure a consistent daily flow of qualified contacts to the outreach team for follow-up




Build and manage email campaigns via Apollo.io and other tools to engage prospects
Track lead status, outreach records, and pipeline movement
Collaborate with the sales team to refine targeting strategies and develop accurate buyer personas
Continuously identify recent lead sources and signal streams to diversify the pipeline

What We're Looking For
2-4 years of experience in lead generation, sales research, or business development support
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, Apollo.io and other sales tools
Strong attention to detail and database management skills
Good written communication - you'll be crafting outreach that represents the company
Ability to work independently and manage your own daily output
Curiosity and a systems mindset - you think in processes, not just tasks
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel
