About the Role:
Associate Director Pre Sales will support revenue growth by driving pre-sales strategy, solution and proposal development and commercial enablement for the Enterprise business. Partnering closely with the Business Development and Sales teams, the key focus will be on creating compelling client solutions, shaping pitches,



and strengthening win rates through strategic storytelling and data-led solutioning that unlock monetisation and long-term partnerships, positioning JioStar as a preferred partner for advertisers, agencies and partners.

Key Responsibilities
Pre Sales Strategy & Solutioning:
Lead the development of customised, insight-led business transformation proposals for target media, entertainment and sports companies, advertisers, agencies, and partners, aligning JioStar’s platform capabilities, content offerings, and monetisation models to their objectives.

Sales Enablement & Deal Support:
Partner closely with Business Development teams to support deal cycles end-to-end, from prospect identification to high impact pitches and closure. Strengthen conversion through compelling narratives, solution frameworks, and data-backed recommendations.
